A few years ago I went on a girls night out to The Chocolate in Orem (before they opened the West Jordan location- which is closer to me). Anyway I fell in love with the Cazookie!!! EVERYONE falls in love with the Cazookie! So since I can’t always get out there I decided to make my own- it’s quick and easy!
At EVO I won a 7 piece set of Corningware Etch in Brick and this 20 oz square dish is PERFECT size for an evening Cazookie!
I always have cookie dough in my freezer, I make a quadruple batch of my Dad’s chocolate chip cookie at a time and freeze it in dough balls. For the Cazookie I thawed two balls, and pressed them into the bottom of the pan
I baked it for just over the normal cookie time. I bake my cookies for 8-9 mins, and I baked my cazookie for about 17 mins…
Top with Ice Cream…
