I’ve decided to make a change to Topsy Turvy Tuesdays. I’ve considered dropping them all together, but I know I’d miss it. With the Point of View and the Pinterest Challenge It’s just too much. So rather than dropping it completely I’m switching it to a monthly challenge, the third Tuesday of every month! I’ll keep the link party open all month, so feel free to come link up all month, and I’ll pull out features all month for facebook!
This last week I posted the Craft Wars cake I made for Mandi’s viewing party! I’ve been playing catch up- comments, emails, photo editing, etc… I have a ton of posts planned, but it just hasn’t come together yet. In fact until school starts and the kids are in school I probably won’t be able to get caught up! But you all know what that’s like, kids at home, right? Either I’m up all night blogging, then tired all day. Or blogging during the day and the kids playing wii and fighting! OR simply less blogging… That’s the one I pick!
I’ve seen a few tutorials for painted handles out there latly. The painted strips on these wooden utensils are LOVELY!
I’m always looking for a good meal organizer, I thought this weekly meal plan is another great idea! the 7 recipes for the week, and the pocket for extra recipes!
You know we love legos here at our house! Next Lego party we throw I’m making these adorable Lego head shirts!
Can you believe she cut these out with her X-acto knife? I almost cut off my Thumb with one this week, cutting out all these cute Elmo Invitations? Insanely awesome!
the Treat of the week? This Cajun grilled corn on the cob! Mmmmm I LOVE corn on the cob, and grilled? AMAZING, with Cajun spices? I HAVE to try it!
Tip of the week: I have cracked heels, not little cracks, deep, painful, BLEEDING cracks. So I’m always on the search for a good solution! I can’t wait to try this homemade heel balm!
