I haven’t blogged all week!!! It has been insane over here, but in a good way. I love the holidays, I love staying busy and I love having lots to do. I think I am officially insane! I have at least half a dozen projects in the works and a few completed projects I need to blog about! This week we got our yearly family pictures taken! I am SO in love with them, I hope you like them too! AND the bigger news? I made it past the audition stage and will be competing in Season 6 of So you think your crafty! Thanks for all of your support, I hope that a few of you liked what I made. I posted the tutorials this morning. Check out the tree skirt, the binding AND the stockings!
Now onto the AMAZING projects you all came up with for me! It’s SO tough to pick features every week so I hope you all check out some of the other projects for inspiration of your own. This week was no difference. When I first went through them all I had over a dozen I loved! But I managed to narrow it down to 4 favorites.
I love advents and have been wanting to make one of my own for the kiddo’s. I am in LOVE with this burlap stocking advent garland. Seriously, how CUTE is this? The great paper and numbers on the clothes pin are to die for as well. The whole thing just comes together SO well! AND it’s so pretty too.
I love homemade ornaments and make my own every year. These chocolate gingerbread-man ornaments are SO cute! I love the rick rack on arms and legs. The bright red cheeks!!! So cute! And I bet they smell great! I think I might have to make some next year (but stars of course).
I love foaming soap. So I have a ton of the plastic soap bottles around my house. How much cuter is the soap bottle with this personalized vinyl??? I SO need to get a vinyl cutter (or beg a friend who has one) to make me some of these. I need two cute designs for my kitchen and one for my bathroom!
And finally the amazing candy cane sign the whole craft blogosphere is raving over~!!! Seriously, I’ve seen so many crafts this week inspired by pier one I think I need to take a trip over there! I mean AMAZING! Flamingo Toes did it again. I don’t think this could get more gorgeous!
I decided to put the features post and the party post together, rather than separate from now on. I hope that more of the features will get the attention they deserve this way!
Remember, while I look at EVERY single craft that get’s linked up, I simply can’t stand comment moderation and can’t take that extra time to always fill them out. So if you aren’t receiving comments from me that’s why! I really do love looking at all you do, and would love to gush and tell you that! So take off the comment moderations, pretty please! And while your at it? Lets turn off the music too please!! It’s hard to enjoy my Hulu while blogging with musical interferance!
