My Topsy Turvy Cake Pop Business Cards

My first blog conference I didn’t have business cards the first day.  I raced home and printed off a quick design that night so I’d have something to give out the next day.

Before my next conference I designed cards I loved, and ordered THOUSANDS, I tend to OVER prepare.  But now, 2 years later, they are out of date.  Most of the info is still correct (except for the Etsy store, and the LACK of certain info- pinterest, etc…) but also the font is wrong, the pictures on the back our outdated, etc…

As a blog conference veteran I now know a lot more about business cards, not only is the card important, but something SPECIAL about the card to make it memorable.  How to do that in a SEA of creative women and make it about me?  I thought about it for a few weeks when I woke up with the BEST idea ever…  Topsy Turvy Cake Pops!!!

I called my sister ASAP and asked for her help!  She generously agreed and she spent the day helping me make 300 of these beauties!  I LOVE how they turned out!!!  Hopefully most of you gals at SNAP got one, I’m bringing more to Breathing Space next weekend for you lucky ladies!

So who wants to come by in July and help me make another 300 for EVO???  My sister is due that week so she’s out (she is SO not allowed to have the baby while I’m in Park City!)!

  2. Sooo amazing & creative! I’m racking my brain, trying to figure out how to do something amazing with my cards for Quilt Market. You’re such an inspiration!! It’s a guarantee that this extra effort will be remembered by so many!!

    • Thanks! Def do something that will remind people of who you are and what you do, maybe crocheting at the edges? or some fabric added to the card?

  3. Ashlee you are so talented!!! Thanks for the reminder of the business cards… Can’t wait to meet in person at Breathing Space.
