I’ve decided to make a change to Topsy Turvy Tuesdays. I’ve considered dropping them all together, but I know I’d miss it. With the Point of View and the Pinterest Challenge It’s just too much. So rather than dropping it completely I’m switching it to a monthly challenge, the third Tuesday of every month! I’ll keep the link party open all month, so feel free to come link up all month, and I’ll pull out features all month for facebook!

This last week I posted the Craft Wars cake I made for Mandi’s viewing party! I’ve been playing catch up- comments, emails, photo editing, etc… I have a ton of posts planned, but it just hasn’t come together yet. In fact until school starts and the kids are in school I probably won’t be able to get caught up! But you all know what that’s like, kids at home, right? Either I’m up all night blogging, then tired all day. Or blogging during the day and the kids playing wii and fighting! OR simply less blogging… That’s the one I pick!

I’ve seen a few tutorials for painted handles out there latly. The painted strips on these wooden utensils are LOVELY!

I’m always looking for a good meal organizer, I thought this weekly meal plan is another great idea! the 7 recipes for the week, and the pocket for extra recipes!

You know we love legos here at our house! Next Lego party we throw I’m making these adorable Lego head shirts!

Can you believe she cut these out with her X-acto knife? I almost cut off my Thumb with one this week, cutting out all these cute Elmo Invitations? Insanely awesome!

the Treat of the week? This Cajun grilled corn on the cob! Mmmmm I LOVE corn on the cob, and grilled? AMAZING, with Cajun spices? I HAVE to try it!

Tip of the week: I have cracked heels, not little cracks, deep, painful, BLEEDING cracks. So I’m always on the search for a good solution! I can’t wait to try this homemade heel balm!

I had the best time at EVO this weekend, it’s by far my favorite conference and this year did not dissapoint. I didn’t get as much class time with Baby Boy, but I loved every second of catching up with friends, meeting new people and companies, etc… I can’t wait to catch up on the conference, as well as the last 8 weeks of our lives!!!

But for now here are my features from the last Topsy Turvy Tuesday. I’m debating turning this into an every other or once a month thing, what do you think???? Or do you like every week?

First up? This gorgeous pallet coffee table!!! I love the iron inserts! Just lovely!

This is actually TWO posts, a patio reveal and a walkway reveal, but they are both so lovely I couldn’t help but share them both! With full and easy instructions I hop you enjoy them as much as I do! The work was worth it, it looks fabulous!

how fun!!! Make your own fishing game! what kid wouldn’t love this??? My kids would love it, how about yours?

I know I missed the 4th of July, but this is one of my favorite flag inspired wreaths… EVER! I have always loved the felt wreaths, and the colors, the stars, how thick it is… It’s great!

I secretly want to get into making jewelry, and she makes these spiral earrings look so EASY! I need to buy the wire this week and try it out… I really want to make myself a wire word necklace like the EVO team had!!! LOVELY!

Remember the review I did on a cookie store called Ruby Snap???? Well they have some AMAZING lemon drop cookies that are to die for- I HAVE to try these lemonhead cookies!!! They look amazing, and I can’t wait to try them!

And of course you girls know the way to my heart- chocolate and peanut butter with baked goods… These ganache and peanut butter muffins look AMAZING! Mmmmmmmmm

It’s summer and it’s crazy fun, water parks, the library, swim lessons, crafting, family birthday dinners, dollar theater, etc… We’ve been having a blast! Today I’m getting a crown replaced- it fell out while flossing on SATURDAY! It’s been a long few days of not being able to eat very much. But we have another full week and SOMEDAY I’ll get to share it with you (my computer is STILL broken- it’s looking more and more like it will have to be replaced! Boo!)

In the last few weeks I finally got around to sharing Princess’s Ballet birthday party, and ballet shoe birthday cake! It was a blast! Last week we had the Patriotic Point of View and I shared my fireworks inspired cupcake frosting tutorial! Nothing you haven’t seen before, but I tried a few different ways of doing it and hope my success and failures help if you want to do it too! I also shared my review of the Utah Truffles factory with a giveaway (that is now closed- Sorry!)

Onto the features! You guys are making it really hard on me- so much talent and so many fun ideas!

I had to share these first! How cute are these lemon cookies turned cake pops???? ADORABLE! I love lemons, and I need to throw a lemon party and make these! Mmmm!

My husband and I LOVE mexican food, and my sister makes an AMAZING Cafe Rio pork salad, these homemade tortilla bowls will be PERFECT the next time we make them!

Our waffle maker broke and it’s time to get a new (and bigger) one! we LOVE waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, so this perfect waffle recipe is going on the to-try list!

These cute one towel totes look super easy and perfect for a day at the beach or water park! We’re hitting the park up a lot this year and my older two, who love independence, would love their own bags!
