Last weekend I got to make a birthday party for a sweet boy’s 8th birthday! His request? A brownie robot cake. Favorite colors? Blue and orange…

Since cake is easier to work with than brownie I made the body and head out of cake. The legs and arms are made out of chocolate brownie.

The best part of the cake (in my opinion) is the silver and gold airbrushing… It takes the cake from just cute to awesome!

  1. This is so amazing! GREAT JOB!

  2. Coolest cake ever!

  3. What a work of art!! You really had to put a lot of time and thought into it, and of course creativity.
    Beautiful…… Kathi

  4. Do you do this for a living? This is absolutely fabulous! I have never thought about airbrushing a cake before either. I obviously have a lot to learn in this department. Lou

    • kind of… I’m a mom, that’s what I do for a job. BUT I do sell cakes on the side. Not very often because my kids come first, but I do enjoy the occasional cake. I mostly do it for friends and family these days. Thank you so much for the compliment! I really do enjoy making them!

  5. Awesome cake!! I love the airbrushing. A friend of mine got me an airbrush machine as a gift, but I have no idea where to start with it:P Whenever I see a cool airbrushed cake, it motivates to go figure it out! Your cake is definitely motivating me! Thanks for sharing:)
