Our sewing challenge is being spear headed by Heidi from Honeybear Lane! Heidi is actually the only gal I know in real life of the pinheads. We meet at Creative Estates this year where she confided that she too was pregnant and not feeling so hot. I am so excited for her upcoming addition, and the fact that it’s a girl!!! (she already has two totally adorable boys!)
And she happens to be just lovely! Her blog is so much fun. She shares personal stories, often hilarious, like potty training her son or feeling like The Hulk. Good and bad days alike, but in an upbeat way. And she has amazing crafts like this zig zag quilt and her totally AMAZING ottoman to side table transformation!
She also has a shop, where she sells the tutorial for these amazing quilts! She’s not only a pinhead, she’s also a sponsor! She’s giving away a Puff Quilt tutorial to EACH of the 4 prize package!
If I ever get my butt in gear and get my room/nursery finished and get the crib up (and hopefully painted) I would LOVE to make one of these. I might need a big version, they look so soft and FLUFFY! Heaven!
