Christmas Rocking Moose with Sharpies

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Sharpie, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #StaplesSharpie

When the chance came up to make a Christmas project with Sharpie’s I was so inspired!  When I was shopping for Sharpies at Staples they were having a great sale so I actually grabbed about 6 packs!  I got a 12 pack or rainbow for $6 and the metallic 4 packs for $5 and a few more!! You’ll be seeing more Sharpie projects soon!

Neighbor Christmas gifts labels – free printables

I hope you have enjoyed all the recipes this week!  Last year I made 3 dozen of each sauce for neighbors, and the kid’s make a dozen of the fudge boxes for teacher/leaders! They were all a huge it, and people love that they could put it in the fridge for later and didn’t have to worry about food going bad (since they get so much food trays this time of year)

I loved creating these labels, and of course used bakers twine to tie it all together!  But you could use anything to dress these jars up, ribbon, twine or more.  Also if you don’t want to put the “to: from:” on a string you could always glue it to the jar!

Merry Christmas!

We’re having a wonderful few days with my husband off.  Thankfully most of us are 100% healthy again and able to have fun!  I’m grateful for so many things in my life, my husband and children of course top the list.  I don’t think I could love them more.  Being a mom has always been what I have wanted to do with my life and I am so grateful my husband supports me being at home taking care of our clan.

Fabric Origami Christmas Star Ornaments

I actually made these stars 9 years ago during our Christmas in Japan.  We hadn’t been able to ship anything over, and we certainly didn’t have a tree so I found some gorgeous Japanese fat quarter squares and made these ornaments.  I made about 80 of them and shipped half of them back to family in the states.

For a tree I cut out green card stock handprints, the bottom two rows are my husbands hands, then mine, then The Reader and finally topped off with Computer boy’s hand prints!  We taped them to the window, added a bunch of the ornaments and voila, a bit of Christmas in Japan!
