It’s been a CRAZY month! My Baby Boy turned one! Can you even believe that? I can’t!!! Remember last year when he was born? I do, and I can’t believe it’s already been a year.

The party was an all week affair here on the blog. With a record 21 posts in a week!! Cake Smash, Baby Boy turns 1, Cake Batter and Sprinkles Cake, Cake Batter and Sprinkles Party, the rest of the party and all the recipes!

The rest of the month was just as exciting, not only a few new recipes, but also TWO new free crochet patterns!!!! Cazookie, Shell Beanie pattern, faux-hawk (baby, child and adult sizes), Homemade Philly Cheesesteak, Caramel Marshmallows

I can not BELIEVE it’s the third Tuesday of September already! INSANITY I tell you. In fact my BIRTHDAY is tomorrow! Last year I threw myself my last hurrah before the baby cake, my Ice Cream Parlor birthday party. It was SUCH a fun party, I was GOING to repeat it this year. So this last month I promised i’d post more and catch up, after all the older 4 kids are in school and it’s just me and Baby Boy home all day, LOTS of extra time, right? WRONG! It’s been super busy as I’ve been playing catch up on EVERY aspect of my life that got ignored while we enjoyed our summer together! I think I’ll always be a bit behind… Part of my charm, right? I will say Baby boy is at SUCH a fun age it’s when we aren’t running errands I tend to sing and dance and play ball with him instead of blog, I know you guys understand!

It’s been a busy summer, my first summer with 5 kids! We didn’t get out to play as much as I’d hoped, but we still had a great time together. The kids start up again next week so expect the blog to pick back up again (until the Holiday’s at least!). I have a TON of fun stuff I’ve done over the summer to share with you, and more fun projects and recipes in the works!

Quick month’s recap: I finally got around to posting my life sized Candy Land game. I also shared Baby Boy’s 9 month pictures! I can’t believe how fast his first year is going! And we celebrated 12 years of marriage! And yesterday I posted two washi tape crafts with a giveaway for 10 rolls of tape and 25 decorative tags.
