Tomorrow, this Thursday – July 26th – you can help support your local Children’s miracle hospital by buying a Blizzard at Dairy Queen and they will donate $1 to a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. All the funds raised stay in your area hospital, helping children who need help but can’t pay for it themselves!
I was able to attend a lunch last week and learn about how we can help this wonderful cause! Could you even imagine if your child was sick and you couldn’t pay for it? The funds raised by the Children’s miracle network, as well as helping families travel to be by their sick child’s side when they can’t pay for it.
My local Hospital is Primary Children’s up at the U of U. I LOVE Primary Children’s. They not only have pediatric Specialist that are AMAZING, but they also have a great ER. We lucky to have insurance right now, not everyone is so lucky, and the children tend to suffer while the adults try to work it all out!
There are actually two ways to raise a dollar!
1. RSVP for Miracle Treat Day on their facebook page (pretty easy, huh?)
2. Find a participating DQ near you and go buy a Blizzard! I’m buying 6!!! The kids are SO excited about it!
